The Challenge
The PRDV (Appointment Booking) platform was designed to meet the extreme demands of contact centers. The challenge was to centralise in a single interface: real-time lead qualification, sales reps’ calendar management, and constant monitoring of agent productivity.
Our Approach
We developed a “Zero Latency” interface. Every second counts in telemarketing. The architecture was designed so that agents can access critical information in less than 2 clicks, with a push notification system for priority lead requalification.
Technical Solution
- Monitoring Dashboard: Real-time visualisation of call flow, transformation rates, and daily objectives.
- Smart Lead Management: Automatic requalification algorithm and fair distribution of appointments to sales teams.
- HR & Scoring Module: Attendance tracking system and performance scoring based on custom KPIs (Quality, Volume, Conversion).

Design Focus
The design relies on an ergonomic “Control Dashboard”. We used a high-contrast dark theme to allow maximum focus on performance indicators (red, green, amber) while integrating smooth micro-interactions for appointment validation.
