The Challenge
Manual management of attendance, leaves, and payroll can become a bottleneck for any growing company. The SmartHR project aimed to eliminate human errors and repetitive tasks by automating the entire HR cycle, from employee onboarding to payslip generation.
Our Approach
We designed a “Smart Checking” system that tracks attendance in real time. The admin interface offers a complete overview of leave balances and absences, while a complex calculation engine handles payroll variables (taxes, social contributions, bonuses) to generate compliant documents in one click.

Design Focus
Ergonomics were designed for administrative clarity. We used a “Clean Pro” interface with soft contrasts and a tabular structure optimised for dense data management, ensuring fast and error-free reading of sensitive information.
