The Challenge
Managing a fleet of trucks requires surgical precision to remain profitable. The LogiFleet project was designed to solve manual trip tracking, excessive fuel consumption, and unexpected maintenance issues by centralising all operational data into a single dashboard.
Our Approach
We developed a real-time tracking system that automates the lifecycle of each trip. From driver assignment to net profitability calculation per route, the application provides clear indicators of the financial and mechanical health of the fleet.
Technical Solution
- Trip & Driver Tracking: Automated management of route sheets, driving times, and vehicle assignment.
- Fuel & Maintenance Optimisation: Fuel consumption tracking algorithms and automated alert system for preventive maintenance based on real mileage.
- Profitability Analysis: Detailed financial reports per vehicle and per trip, including fuel costs, tolls, and maintenance.
Design Focus
The interface was optimised for intensive use. We created a visual “Control Tower” using industrial color codes (Orange/Black) for immediate identification of emergencies (breakdowns, delays, consumption anomalies), while ensuring perfect fluidity on tablets for fleet managers.
